By using our service, you will accept all the below terms and conditions.
1. Payments are to be made upfront – before the lesson.
2. You are required to give a minimum of 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel a lesson. For anything less than 48 hours you may be charged for the missed lesson.
3. The instructor cannot be held responsible for lesson cancellation due to mechanical breakdown, but will endeavour to find a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
4. The instructor is entitled to withdraw his/her car for the usage of your test. The instructor will always give a weeks notice providing you haven’t come to the instructor at short notice of less than a week.
5. CANCELLATIONS – If you need to cancel a lesson for any reason, you must give the Instructor a minimum of 48 hours notice otherwise you will be liable for the lesson fee in respect of that lesson. Your Instructor will do everything possible to ensure that your lesson starts and finishes on time, but reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change lesson lengths under certain circumstances (e.g., dangerous weather conditions). In the event of the lesson changes by the Instructor, lesson fees paid in advance will be carried forward with no loss to the pupil.
6. ROAD SAFETY – Should the pupil prove not to be up to test standard, we reserve the right to withdraw our cars for driving tests without notice.
7. RESPONSIBILITY – We cannot be held responsible for postponements of lessons due to illness or mechanical breakdown, this includes driving tests postponed by the Driving Standards Agency.
