CANCELLATIONS – If you need to cancel a lesson for any reason, you must give the Instructor a minimum of 48 hours notice otherwise you will be liable for the lesson fee in respect of that lesson. Your Instructor will do everything possible to ensure that your lesson starts and finishes on time, but reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change lesson lengths under certain circumstances (e.g., dangerous weather conditions). In the event of the lesson changes by the Instructor, lesson fees paid in advance will be carried forward with no loss to the pupil.

ROAD SAFETY – Should the pupil prove not to be up to test standard, we reserve the right to withdraw our cars for driving tests without notice.

RESPONSIBILITY – We cannot be held responsible for postponements of lessons due to illness or mechanical breakdown, this includes driving tests postponed by the Driving Standards Agency.
